About this event

The labyrinth is an ancient path that is currently a popular tool for quieting the mind and relaxation. We will explore the meaning, history and design of the labyrinth as we consider why you would want to walk it. We will also have a special time to experience the labyrinth. No experience or knowledge is needed!

Presenter: Patricia Newton is a retired physician and chair of the Trinity Episcopal Cathedral Labyrinth Guild in Portland, Oregon. She has been walking labyrinths for over 25 years and has wonderful pictures and stories of the labyrinth and how it can be helpful in our times.

(Note: the Village will be hosting a labyrinth walking event later this winter).
