About this event

SoulCollage is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance. SoulCollage meets you wherever you are on this journey called life. You don’t have to be an artist to make SoulCollage cards; anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice.

In this introductory class, each week participants will create a SoulCollage card using pictures found in magazines. Once completed, participants will “read” our cards to one another. You will find that each card has a unique voice and a unique message.

Facilitator Sara Hamill has been doing SoulCollage since 2014 individually and in
community. She has been a Counselor, is a Spiritual Director and became a
SoulCollage Facilitator in March of 2024.

Class is limited to 8 participants and will run for 4 consecutive Mondays starting Oct 7 and ending on Oct 28. Participants are asked to commit to attending all four classes. A donation of $10, payable on the first day of the class, is requested to help defray materials. Participants are also asked to supply their own magazines (we will have some, but you are strongly encouraged to bring your own).

Wheelchair accessible.
