Everyone is welcome to attend this FREE weekly Qigong practice group; no prior experience necessary! Led by Michelle Marcyk and other longtime practitioners of Wild Goose Qigong, participants will be guided through a warmup sequence, offering adaptations for different levels of mobility. We do gentle stretching, acu-point self-massage and energizing/relaxing techniques for better vitality and well-being. During the term, we hope to have certified Wild Goose Qigong teachers visit to give more formal instruction during a few of the classes.


Attire: wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes.


NOTE: this class is free, however donations are welcome to offset facilities expenses incurred by the Church. Also, in the case of inclement weather, please check the Events page for updates regarding class cancellation.
