What is this?
Most of you have probably heard the term birth doula, but have you ever heard of a death doula? Much like a birth doula who helps expecting parents give birth and welcome their child into the world, a death doula helps people manage both emotional and logistical aspects of preparing to leave the world. Join us to learn more about what a death doula is and does and how one might help you as you contemplate your own death or that of a loved one.
Presented by Jen Tadjedin, certified death doula.
This event is free and open to the public. Wheelchair accessible.
