What is this?
Everyone is welcome to attend this FREE weekly Qigong practice group; no prior experience necessary!
Led by Michelle Marcyk and other longtime practitioners of Wild Goose Qigong, participants will be guided through a warmup sequence, offering adaptations for different levels of mobility. We do gentle stretching, acu-point self-massage and energizing/relaxing techniques for better vitality and well-being. During the term, we hope to have certified Wild Goose Qigong teachers visit to give more formal instruction during a few of the classes.
Attire: wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes.
NOTE: this class is free, however donations are welcome to offset facilities expenses incurred by the Church.
