How Inter-Personal interactions shape our Neuro-Biology (IPNB)
Research indicates that we change our neuro-pathways, our chemistries, and even our physical bodies as we interact with each other throughout our lifespans. We will learn some exciting news about who we are, why having each other is good for our bodies, and some simple ways to enjoy putting stress to rest.
Presented by NEV member Licia Claire Seaman, MST certified in InterPersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) in 2013 at PSU. A long-time music educator, she is author of Lullaby Wisdom: The Stories, the Songs & the Science of Soothing, available at Broadway Books.
