What is this?
NEV's Book Group 2 meets most months on the fourth Wednesday to discuss the book we voted on previously (alternately fiction and non-fiction). Someday we’ll fill our living rooms, but for now meeting is held via NEV's Zoom teleconferencing account using your computer/tablet/smartphone. Register using "Register Now" button and you’ll get an e-mail with Zoom link and password. Discuss the book for first 60-75 min. (depending on how many attendees), then extend our list of books and meeting dates for following months. Book for September 22: Horizon, by Barry Lopez, a McKenzie River Oregonian. 2020, nonfiction. hardbound, paperback, Kindle, Audiobook. “Literary journalism, memoir, and travelogue: so compelling it deserves its own genre.”—WaPo. You can always see the books planned a few months in advance at this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1a30-M54L2QdAx2vNcfOmz3HjSXt1QXWiLAflmZB2ofk/edit#
