There was so much interest in "Priced Out" when North Star Village presented it and so much subsequent interest in viewing and discussing the documentary that preceded it that North Star Village has planned another event. “NorthEast Passage" is a unique and complex portrait of the Albina neighborhood in the midst of dramatic change.
