About this event
As part of our ongoing Housing Options webinar series, this presentation will provide an overview of the programs and services available through Multnomah County's Aging, Disability and Veterans Services Division (ADVSD), including the Aging & Disabilities Resource Center (ADRC), the Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) helpline, Medicaid Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS), Oregon Project Independence (OPI), the Family Caregiver Support Program, and more. You will walk away with useful information about how to use the ADRC for accessing housing and other resources, different options for receiving long term care in your home or in facilities, and support for family caregivers.
Presenter: Rosemary Schmidt, LMSW holds an MSSW from Columbia University and a BA from Lewis & Clark College and has several years of experience in social services, specializing in outreach, program development, and community engagement.
