About this event
This Creativity Cauldron workshop will turn plain frames into pieces of art by using antique postage stamps. We’ll work from a large selection of old postage stamps using decoupage techniques. These frames are wonderful to keep or to give as a gift. You will be able to select a color or other theme based on the stamps available. Materials provided. Each participant will take home a creatively decorated tabletop frame. Led by NEV volunteer Lisa Horowitz.
