About this event
Stress is a natural part of life. With age and during a pandemic, we might experience certain stressors, like the stress of caregiving, of being lonely or isolated, and of grief and loss. Learn to identify these stressors and build resilience against them using evidence-based practices for mental wellness.
Presented by WLLO Village Presenter bio Paige Reohr, M.S. (and students of Pacific University) Paige is an Oregon-native, PhD student of clinical psychology at Pacific University. Paige and the outreach team of fellow graduate students offer lectures, workshop-style presentations, and webinars to organizations in our communities to promote mental wellness and social connection among older adults during the pandemic. Our goal is to make psychology more accessible to older adult communities. Any questions, requests or feedback can be sent to paige.reohr@pacificu.edu
