About this event
(NOTE: THIS EVENT WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR SEPT 12) In this presentation, OSU Extension Master Gardener Kris LaMar will share tips for preparing your garden for winter, including cover crop options, plants to plant in the fall (think garlic!), and other helpful hints to ensure the health of your garden and the critters who live in it!
Presented by Kris LaMar, who, after retiring in 2009, trained to become an OSU Master Gardener, and then a Metro Master Recycler, with a love of all things soil, plants and nature. She has taught in K-12 schools, Coffee Creek Correctional Institution, and many libraries and garden clubs, and answers questions for "Ask an Expert."
