HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Prospective members may submit the form below, or contact Northeast Village PDX by calling 503-895-2750 or emailing nevillagepdx@gmail.com or .  A volunteer will contact a prospective member(s) by calling or visiting.

Our Village will begin accepting applications in July 2016.

Prospective members will complete:

* Getting to Know You form for membership or volunteer activity
(available on-line here, or download the form here and mail in)
* Interview: a chance to get to know members interests and needs and to ensure members expectations and Village services are aligned; raise questions clarify Village opportunities, programs and services; welcome to the Village community.
* Application: provides contact information, emergency information and agreements between Northeast Village PDX and member

  • Orientation: after a membership is awarded each new member can participate in a gathering to ask questions and socialize, learn how to access services and programs, and what to expect from service providers
